Health01 Detailed text articles for healthful dietary change.
DOS JUN95 DIET HEALTH VEGETARIAN VEGAN CONSCIOUSNESS FOOD EAT
FILES: health01.zip
Author: Laurie Forti
Registration: $10 US ($15 foreign) for disk: $15 printed
The author has a strong background in chemistry and has been doing
fundamental personal experimental/experiential research on the
relationships of human diet and health, energy, aging, and
consciousness for over 25 years. He owned and operated a raw food
clinic/healing center in Boston, Massachusetts, for 7 years. He is
currently seeking the investor support necessary to write and publish
his first book, the profits from which will support the establishment
of a global network of health educational centers. Investors will
receive 100% profit.
These files are a summary of his analysis of the natural diet for
our species, plus his clinical observations and results, and therefore
they provide a detailed guide for successful dietary change
unavailable anywhere else.
The files include the following.
'Scientific Arguments Against Eating Meat and Other Animal
Products' is a detailed analysis of the facts that the human species
has no natural physiological or biochemical equipment to catch, kill,
tear apart, eat raw, or successfully digest or assimilate animal
flesh. An introduction is given to the current scientific research
which is increasingly discovering that many common "diseases" are
linked to, or caused by, eating meat and other animal products. These
include: several types of cancer, osteoporosis, heart attacks and
strokes, food poisoning, diabetes, sudden infant death syndrome,
pregnancy loss, kidney stones, hypertension.
'Beyond Vegetarianism' is a correct analysis of the all-too-common
'cold/flu', which is nothing more than a periodic attempt of the body
to cleanse itself of toxic material accumulated internally by eating
the local cultural diet. A description of a process of dietary
purification is given whereby one can permanently eliminate
'colds/flus' from one's life. A spectrum of diets is given to allow
the health seeker to control the speed and intensity of the cleansing
reactions which will occur when one changes one's diet in the correct
direction. A Food Log is described as a tool whereby one can discover
the physical and psychological effects of various 'foods' or combinations.
'The Tooth Trip: a Dental Dilemma' is the story of how the author
eliminated tooth decay after 40 years of failure to do so by modern
dentistry, and an introduction to the extensive literature on the many
very serious dangers of mercury-containing amalgam (silver) filling
material.
Information on proper food combining for optimum digestion,
information on the protein and fat contents of various 'foods', and an
analysis of why exercise doesn't make one lose weight is given. A
solution to the global famine/malnutrition is given. A list of
possible topics in the proposed book is given. A prospectus for a
proposed health educational center is given.
Hardware Requirements: IBM PC, PC-compatible or MS-DOS computer.
Other computer that can read an IBM floppy.
Other Requirements : DOS, OS/2 or Windows(tm)
These are ASCII text files, formatted with Canon BJ-10 printer
control codes for printing with DOS PRINT command, plus three .GEM
graphics files.
